Praise Allah with this sentence which is light on the tongue and heavy in the scale on judgement day [hadith by Muslim & Tirmidih]: سبحان الله وبحمده عدد خلقه ورضا نفسه وزنة عرشه ومداد كلماته Translation: 'Glory be to Allah and by His praise in number as great as His creation and His own pleasure, the weight of His Throne and the ink of His words.' [Or listen to this sentence being recited.]
The believers, men and women, are Auliya' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another [Quran 9.71]
